Professions are changing worldwide. Career plans are changing. The world of work is evolving in a completely different direction. For this reason, it is crucial for young people to understand and adapt to this new world. Our aim is to support and provide guidance (mentoring) to young people at the start of their educational, professional and social lives.
Young CDBA members, an organisation established to strengthen the integration of young people who are planning their careers and taking their first steps into work and social life, to enhance their social skills, and to provide global and practical experiences, will benefit from various opportunities and advantages by becoming members of the “Youth Club”.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP & START-UPS
We are passing through a significant turning point. Our world stands on the brink of change and transformation. It is advanced and post-industrial societies that are driving this change and transformation. What propels societies forward is the ‘Spirit of Free Entrepreneurship’. When we speak of entrepreneurship, it is not merely about producing a project. Entrepreneurship is a holistic ecosystem. Entrepreneurship and its associated components constitute a culture, and this culture has not yet taken root in Turkey.
In our country, alongside the inadequacy of the budget allocated to R&D from GDP, there are serious issues regarding the effective, efficient, transparent and impartial use of resources. The funds spent on R&D are not being transformed into products that generate patents or create added value. To address this, we must focus on R&D activities, project development, nanotechnologies, and objective creative industries that will contribute to our country.
Our aim is to evaluate all modules—from the pre-incubation, incubation and start-up phases through to educational, managerial, financial and investment processes—in a supportive, fair, impartial, transparent, accountable and universally integrated manner.
Guided by a win-win philosophy, we have established the ‘Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Business and Management Model’. In undertaking this work, we will also introduce a new approach to this structure, encouraging all stakeholders to rethink and re-educate themselves.
OUR GOAL
Within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, our aim is to foster an entrepreneurial culture by developing ‘entrepreneur-friendly’ business and investment models—built on trust—in collaboration with all our stakeholders, and to act as a funding source or partner for social support projects and incubation/entrepreneurship support initiatives.
