The Leadership Development Programme is a specialised training programme designed to support talented and high-achieving university students. It is open to students both in Turkey and abroad. The training will be delivered online under the framework of the ‘Cooperation Protocol’ we have established with various universities and NGOs at an international level. The languages of instruction are Turkish and English.
LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME ADMISSION CRITERIA
√ Be aged between 20 and 30,
√ Be in the 3rd or 4th year of university,
√ Have graduated from a bachelor’s degree programme,
√ Be a Master’s or PhD student,
√ Have a grade point average (GPA) of between BB (3.00 or 70–89), BA (3.50 or 80–89) and AA (4.00 or 90–100),
√ Achieving a score of 67 or above in the TOEFL or IELTS English language test,
√ During your time as a university student, participate in at least three social activities or be involved in social responsibility projects,
√ To have participated in at least two certified training programmes during your university studies,
